1. What is The Turn Golf Club? The Turn Golf Club is a community of like-minded golfers, who want to build deeper connections and access exclusive brands. The Turn started off as an apparel subscription box which helped us build tons of golf industry relationships with one goal in mind - to get the bets products at the best price. With the Turn Golf Club, we want to continue to provide this exclusive access to our members so that they can place orders at any time.
2. When does The Turn ship? For the Turn Golf Club, we will place our orders on the 15th and 30th of each month. As an example, if you order before the 15th, we will place the order on the 15th and get your items to you as soon as possible - typically within a few weeks time frame. Same goes for an order between the 15th - 30th. For any questions on shipping, please contact support@theturnsubscription.com
3. What is our return policy? For the Turn Golf Club, all purchases are final. Since the discounts are large on each order, it is unlikely we have any return policy in place with our partners. For return inquiries, please email us at support@theturnsubscription.com.
4. What is your cancellation policy? You can cancel anytime. No hassle, no gimmicks. However, we'd love to get your thoughts first - please email support@theturnsubscription.com before cancelling your membership.
